I just wish it was more simple to figure out which connectors were needed. The description should be simpler. All I wanted was 1/2" copper connections but somehow the unit showed up with PEX connections. Overall good radiator though.

Would have rated this system 5 stars across the board, but the equipment manuals were poorly written. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Works As Advertised With 1/2" Gas Line Nov 23, 2016

I bought the Rinnai RUC80iN because of it's ability to function with a 1/2" gas line. Starting with 8 w.c. Of pressure, I turned on both showers, the gas furnace, gas dryer and stove........still had 6 w.c. Of pressure and plenty of hot water. Easy self install.....don't believe the hype about needing a licensed plumber.....just common sense and follow the directions.

My business has been using this brand of fan for years. After ten years we finally had one that was starting to go out. Finding the brand of fan was easy with eComfort. I actually called and got an answer right away and was not on hold for very long. We originally bought the wrong size, but returning the fan was a very easy process.
