My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. This condenser is much quieter than the unit that I removed from service. While I have only had it operational for a couple of days, it has performed very well. The installation went very well and the unit appears to be assembled quite well. I am impressed with this unit and I would definitely recommend it for the price and the performance.

Installed this fan and it works GREAT! Cools house quickly and quietly! You can feel the air moving in the house as it cool down. Recommend this fan to all clients with heat issues in summer. I installed 8 hour timer and hi/low switch. That is the way to go!
