Installed this boiler in June 2012 - Very good documentation - Very good response from customer service when I had a question about the controls. Checked on higher efficiency rated boilers but could not justify the much higher price. Until you make up the increase in price with the savings in fuel the unit would be 8 - 10 years old. Easy to setup and the optional install kit had everything needed for the job. Unit came missing a panel cover and still am waiting to see if this gets resolved.

Installation was easy. Cools my whole house in full sun quicker than my car cools. A little louder than I thought. Condenser is large. Remote has plenty of settings. Overall, a great product so far.
