I was pleased with the way everything came packaged for shipping. Each piece seems to be built well so the installation went together quite well. From what I now know all aspects of the system need to be in balance to work properly. YES | NO Mike Carter Great Unit Oct 21, 2016 Indoor Unit: Runs great. Easy to install. Almost silent at low speed and no louder than a 16" desk fan at high speed. Instructions are sparse but a DIY guy can figure them out with a little help from YouTube as well. Definitely get the outdoor cover track to make the installation look great. Easily keeps my 14x18x9 living room (east and south exposure) plus 12x12x9 kitchen plus 10x10x9 dining room cool on a 90 degree day with large window exposures on all walls.
